I am most excited about introducing a more effective, motivating, and updated learning tool into my classroom. I am concerned with finding time to explore and evaluate various webquests. I found the tips on how to evaluate webquests to be extremely helpful for me. I had a good time and look forward to our next session
Glad you enjoyed the day and got something out of it as well! I look forward to coming back to see you all in December and working on some Inquiry-based Science lessons.
If you do find a good Science webquest, please feel free to post the URL here!

Found the time available to review websites and the tips for evaluation valuable.
Additional time outside of the workshop during the school year for review is going to be difficult.
Many of the webquests posted require a lot of time for little knowledge/skills gained.
I am excited by the way kids become engaged when using webquests. My biggest concern is time. Time to evaluate and length of some webquest( which may mean editing time). The wequest evaluation sheets are good tools.
I am excited about learning more about webquests. I want to create my own (am excited about it) but am having trouble finding the huge amount of time it takes.
I was really excited by how engaged the students were during the entire process. The products were also very good. This is from Ricia.
